Please be aware that we do our best to pack all items as safe as possible, however we cannot accept any liability/responsibility for damage or loss of any items due to courier negligence.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
